They have a list that changes weekly, with 20 songs and 5 challengers who might get into the list. This Week Kurt Nilsen´s song - Rise to the Occasion is one of the contenders to hit the list.

We, who believed that Kurt Nilsen was from Bergen, but no he’s not. We have driven north through Fløyfjellstunnelen, through Eidsvågstunnelen, through Glaskartunnelen, through Åsane with it’s high blocks of flats and shopping center, onwards and eastwards through Nordvestlandet with the countryside, through Gaupåstunnelen, and well away from built up areas, to an area which is just a string of houses, up a steep hill and into a red “crow’s nest” house …..Eh……yes, this is where Kurt Nilsen lives.
The plumber, golden voiced Idol winner and guitar cottage builder. At the side of the house he has built a studio with a bar and cinema, and it is here in the smoke filled control room where Kurt Nilsen is to be found swinging around on an office chair.
”Bloody hell, I have slept well,” he says stretching his body, so his track suit top pulls up over his rather white protruding stomach which is probably full of sausage, meat and potatoes and coffee. He wears a cap, has an unshaved chin and cheeks.
