New Single :)
Kurt will release a new single on Saturday, 14th January He also announced that his new album will be with Norwegian lyrics. It is due to be completed through the spring.

HAPPY NEW YEAR
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL :)As yet we are uncertain as to what Kurt's plans are for 2012. We believe there will be a new album sometime during the year and he has stated on a number of occasion "Vi sees paa veien i 2012" (See you on the road in 2012).
A number of KNMers and others have been pressing hard for an American group, Norsk Hoestfest, to invite him to sing at their annual concerts in late September. A poll has been taking place on their Facebook page for fans to vote on which artists they would like to appear. We are unsure as to whether Kurt would be asked, or even accept the invitation. However, if you are a member of FB and would like to vote for him then here is the link:

Christmas Concerts 2011
KURT'S CHRISTMAS CONCERTS WERE A TOTAL SUCCESS AND A TOTAL SELL OUT. IN ALL 19,000 TICKETS WERE SOLD AND MOST REVIEWS BY THE PRESS WERE FAVOURABLE.http://www.bt.no/tv/Slik-onsker-han-deg-god-jul-2629867.html?paging=&section=
HE ANNOUNCED AT MANY OF THEM THAT THERE WOULD BE A NEW ALBUM IN 2012. :) HERE'S HOPING :)
Kurt is doing a mini (which has now turned into a very large) Christmas concert tour from mid November through December this year. Tickets for the Bergen concerts went on sale on Wednesday, 24th August and by the Saturday evening 4 of the 7 concerts were sold out :) And today they have added 4 more concerts to the Bergen venue, making a total of 11 in all. New concert added today(1st Sept) in Harstad,(3rd Dec) .

Christmas Album
It was announced today in the press that Kurt is recording a Christmas album with KORK (Kringkastingsorkesteret), one of the national TV company's orchestras.On Saturday, 18th December he will appear with this orchestra and some guests in a Christmas show in Lillestrøm, nr Oslo. This programme will also be sent out live on NRK.
